Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, Finance, and leadership to maintain an efficient, welcoming, dog-friendly workplace.

Own Finance’s core metrics, including pricing, unit economics, ARR, ROI, and LTV/CAC. Build source-of-truth dashboards, measure CAC, ROAS, conversion, and channel contribution, and develop incrementality tests and media mix models. Partner with Growth, Product, and Finance on experimentation, forecasting, budget allocation, and membership economics. Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executives while maintaining accurate warehouse-based reporting and identifying performance opportunities.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product and feature launches. Partner cross-functionally with paid, lifecycle, retail, brand creative, product, and B2B teams to craft integrated campaigns, oversee organic social and community strategy, guide content and voice, run partner marketing, and optimize the rescue program to drive sales, engagement, and brand affinity.

Own revenue and sales accounting across hardware, subscriptions, and international sales. Ensure ASC 606 GAAP compliance, lead monthly revenue close, design scalable systems and automated audit controls, manage sales tax/VAT and payment platform processes, and partner with Product, Data, and Sales teams.
