The Technical Services Specialist supports broadcast projects, managing installations and client relationships, ensuring projects exceed expectations and are delivered on time.

Generate and qualify leads across the Americas, hit pipeline and KPI targets, conduct discovery meetings and demos, manage inbound follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities in production, entertainment, live events, and broadcast.

Manage relationships for key US accounts, drive customer success, adoption and advocacy. Lead cross-functional onboarding and implementation, prepare account plans and QBRs, monitor project timelines/budgets, act as customer advocate, maintain documentation and reporting, and ensure executive stakeholder engagement and retention.
