Provide executive support to SVPs of Technology and Information Security: manage complex calendars, travel, correspondence, expenses, and meeting materials; liaise with stakeholders; assist with tracking technology projects, vendor coordination, reporting, and monitoring AI/security trends while maintaining confidentiality and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Manage contractual fulfillment and activation for a mid-level partner roster across MSG properties, delivering event activations, signage, hospitality, social/digital content, budgets, Salesforce tracking, performance recaps, upsell opportunities, and cross-departmental coordination to meet partner KPIs.

Lead brand and new-business storytelling by partnering with Global Partnerships, Marketing, and Creative. Develop and write presentation narratives, work with designers, craft creative concepts for activations and content, build stakeholder relationships, and lead projects to support pitches and renewals for MSG Entertainment properties.

Support SVP/Deputy General Counsel & Secretary on securities compliance and corporate secretary duties: prepare board and shareholder materials, minutes, NYSE and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Forms 3/4), manage subsidiary records, stock plans, transfer agent and trading clearance, coordinate annual meetings and filings, and maintain compliance calendars and corporate records.

Lead procurement for venue operations including FF&E, vendor/service contracts, RFQs/RFPs, bidding, negotiation, budget tracking, and vendor management. Collaborate with venue management and stakeholders to optimize procure-to-pay processes, identify value engineering opportunities, maintain procurement databases, and ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing for capital and operational projects.

Lead contract drafting and administration, manage immigration compliance (visa petitions, I-9s, work authorization), advise on performance and employment matters, support employment litigation and discovery, coordinate with outside counsel, and maintain trackers to meet deadlines.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, delivering workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance and change management solutions. Leverage HR analytics and AI tools, collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement programs, ensure compliance, execute HR transactions accurately, and support organizational effectiveness and operational excellence across venues.
