Set risk strategy and appetite, build scalable tooling and playbooks, manage sponsor bank and network relationships, partner with cross-functional teams, and grow a team to support rapid volume expansion while enabling business growth.

Manage post-sale relationships with strategic SaaS customers, drive onboarding and adoption, educate finance teams, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, own expansion pipeline and forecasts, manage renewals to minimize churn, and collaborate cross-functionally to advocate customer needs.
