Build LLM-powered research and analysis products for political strategists. Partner with users to shape workflows, define quality standards, design evaluations and LLM-as-judge systems, prototype features, and communicate technical tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The role requires strong Python, SQL, statistical and machine learning skills, hands-on LLM and embedding experience, product judgment, and comfort with ambiguous problems.

Build end-to-end AI-powered products, including conversational interfaces, autonomous research agents, and tools that transform data into actionable insights. Partner with users, political researchers, data scientists, and engineers to define product requirements, UX designs, and production code. Present AI outputs, uncertainty, and citations in trustworthy ways; use LLMs, human annotations, and coding agents to rapidly develop high-quality software while navigating ambiguous problems.

Own product adoption and engagement across progressive clients: grow the user base, run trainings and demos, build messaging and lifecycle email programs, run user research to diagnose churn, create evangelism materials, and report on acquisition and engagement metrics to inform product improvements.

Own strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for data-driven products serving progressive organizations. Gather and prioritize user feedback, translate needs into product specs, collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists, and demo features and marketing materials to clients. Anticipate user needs within the progressive political ecosystem and iterate rapidly under tight timelines.

Lead a team of data scientists developing ML-driven products, managing infrastructure, training models, and ensuring production quality while collaborating with senior leadership.
