Lead the Small Business Package business unit end-to-end, owning P&L, underwriting strategy, product development (BOP/CPP), distribution, and operational execution. Build broker-facing quote/bind/issue platforms, partner with technology, actuarial, finance and claims to drive profitable growth, automation, and market expansion while developing talent and maintaining underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance.

The Business Development Representative will contact brokers, maintain marketing databases, and facilitate product webinars while driving new business and onboarding agents.

Supervise and train a team of claims adjusters, ensure quality control and timely coverage evaluations, liaise with carrier partners, handle escalations and high-exposure files, conduct audits and trainings, and participate in committees and claim conferences.
