Lead Salesforce platform architecture and engineering: own data and security models, design integrations and releases, lead two engineers, enforce coding standards, manage technical debt, and align Salesforce with enterprise data and business needs.

Design and govern Axiom's enterprise data model, establish data governance and quality standards, manage a Data Engineer, align data architecture roadmap with enterprise strategy, administer Databricks, enable AI data access (MCP), and liaison with Product, Operations, and Data Science to ensure accessible, documented, and reliable data assets.

The role involves driving sales and business development, building relationships with C-level executives, consulting to propose solutions, and collaborating with the commercial team to exceed client expectations.
