Support origination, structuring, execution, and surveillance of secured lending facilities for ABS and structured credit. Perform credit underwriting, modeling, borrowing base review, ratings analysis, documentation review, portfolio monitoring, amendments/waivers, and cross-functional coordination. Enhance reporting, dashboards, and workflows while supporting client pitches and risk committee materials.

The VP of Financial Reporting will lead SEC reporting and financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and managing relationships with auditors and stakeholders.

Prepare pitches, investment memos, and committee materials; manage client relationships and supervise Associates/Analysts. Collaborate with Originations, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Finance and Technology to ensure controls, surveillance, and workflow improvements.

Embed with lending and finance desks to map workflows, identify AI redesign opportunities, build and iterate prototypes (RAG/agent-based), transition validated solutions to production, contribute reusable skills to a firm-wide catalog, and partner with tech, legal, compliance, and desk leadership to ensure adoption, governance, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Provide legal counsel for private fund structuring, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance while collaborating with risk and compliance teams.

Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP; prepare accounting memoranda and disclosures; implement new standards; partner cross-functionally on transactions and products; support quarterly/annual reporting and external audits; maintain policies, controls, and process improvements; provide guidance and mentorship; participate in acquisitions, system implementations, and transformation projects.
