Process, calculate, audit and input payroll for film and TV productions ensuring compliance with client, union, state and federal rules. Maintain accurate project files, communicate with clients, run payroll reports, validate adjustments, and support team backups. Apply knowledge of entertainment contracts, SAG/DGA/SAG-AFTRA conditions and statutory payroll requirements.

Manage a payroll team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll per SLAs. Serve as payroll and systems subject matter expert, handle escalations and client communication, optimize workflows, ensure policy compliance, coach and develop staff, and support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.
