The Client Success Director ensures client success by overseeing the adoption and scaling of the banking platform, coordinating delivery and support teams, and managing client relationships for optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

Consult with banks on Vault-based core banking and payments modernisation across pre-sales and delivery. Design target architectures, migrations, and transition states; present to senior stakeholders, create client collateral, deliver training, and feedback product requirements. Use AI agents to accelerate architectural deliverables.
