The role maintains CRM records, gathers customer feedback, schedules meetings, demonstrates product value, and develops outreach strategies to improve client experience and return on investment.

Manage a portfolio of strategic North American accounts to drive renewals, expand subscription revenue, and identify consultancy and cross-sell opportunities. Own the full sales cycle, deliver high-impact presentations, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and achieve/exceed KPI targets while building senior client relationships.
