Lead and build the supply planning function, manage two senior planners, translate open-to-buy into POs, manage multi-country supplier constraints (MOQs, lead times, capacity), drive inventory and OTB strategies to meet service and turns targets, own vendor performance and reviews, and deliver analytics and executive reporting to support S&OP and contingency planning.
