Lead Heidi’s US Applied AI function, overseeing customer deployment, adoption, expansion, retention, and renewals. Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to improve qualified opportunities, conversion, and revenue impact. Own strategic healthcare customer relationships, quota attainment, account expansion, renewals, and retention. Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement across Heidi’s clinical AI product suite. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product strategy, drive adoption, support complex enterprise sales, develop customer proof, and improve pipeline and win rates.
