Drive new business and expand existing accounts in the SLED West territory (primarily California) by selling Precisely's data integrity, integration, and location intelligence solutions. Build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, engage cross-functional teams and partners, and manage forecasts in Salesforce. Expect ~25% travel and ownership of the full customer lifecycle.

Provide presales technical support for AMER sales: deliver product demos, customized presentations, proofs of concept, and savings analyses for IBM mainframe customers using Syncsort/DTS, MFX, ZPSaver and related solutions. Coordinate with product teams and channel partners, stay current on competitors, and support partner business planning and QBRs. Travel (~20%) required.

Lead and scale Precisely's global AWS partnership strategy across co-sell, AWS Marketplace, partner programs, joint solution development, and executive alignment to drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Establish governance and operating models, run executive business reviews and QBRs, orchestrate multi-party deals including marketplace transactions, and expand senior relationships across AWS and internal teams. Travel 50%+ as needed.

Lead global revenue enablement for a ~450-person revenue org. Build multi-year enablement strategy, role-specific onboarding and certification, AI-powered coaching, content library, and enablement tech stack. Measure and report enablement impact on revenue KPIs, drive cross-functional alignment, and recruit and develop a distributed enablement team.

Lead and develop a global 24x7 technical support organization for on‑premises and hosted services. Manage Support Engineers and Technical Account Managers, ensure SLA adherence, drive escalations and operational excellence, implement AI-enabled automation and self-service, coordinate follow‑the‑sun coverage, and partner with Engineering and Product.

Lead and grow strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to embed Precisely solutions into customer data, analytics, and agentic transformation projects. Build executive relationships, joint pipeline and sales motions, enablement, joint marketing, account planning, and manage strategic reviews to drive opportunity closure and implementations.
