Own 5-10 enterprise customer relationships as the technical advisor for platform usage and integrations. Translate customer requirements into product requests, drive adoption, coordinate escalations across engineering/support/product, lead technical QBRs and integration reviews, and monitor platform health and KPIs to recommend improvements.
