Owns strategy, process, and execution for vehicle upfits: advising customers and dealers, defining approved configurations and rules, collaborating with engineering and vendors, building scalable workflows and documentation, and tracking field feedback to improve compatibility, compliance, and scalability.

Serve as the technical partner to sales, lead technical discussions and demos, recommend vehicle configurations, develop proposals and RFP responses, support pilots and launches, collaborate with engineering/product/service, and train dealers and channel partners to drive commercial EV adoption.
