Administer US benefits (health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k)), manage open enrollment and leave programs, coordinate US payroll with Finance, run wellness and engagement initiatives, support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, maintain ATS and HRIS data integrity, and provide operational support to the Talent team.
