Build and lead a global revenue enablement function: install an enterprise selling methodology (MEDDICC), create PLG-to-enterprise playbooks, compress ramp and onboarding, develop frontline managers, stand up enablement infrastructure and measurement, partner with RevOps/PMM/Product, and grow the team across sales, SDR, CS, and partners.

Lead and scale a global, AI-native Solutions Engineering organisation (~15 people). Set strategy, build playbooks for mid-market and enterprise motions, enable partners, coach leaders, influence product and GTM, and ensure repeatable, production-ready technical outcomes for complex enterprise customers.

Own technical success for top-tier customers by acting as their technical point of contact, ensuring platform health, scalability, and performance. Lead handoffs, manage escalations and incidents, provide architecture and optimization recommendations, triage product issues, and translate customer insights into product improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams.
