Build and scale sales enablement programs for GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering. The role partners with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and sales leadership to improve ramp time, sales productivity, pipeline velocity, deal size, and buyer experiences in a technical PLG SaaS environment.

Build and own a US mid-market sales territory by creating pipeline through outbound prospecting, managing full-cycle sales, and converting technical buyers. The role involves account mapping, multi-channel outreach, technical evaluations, proof-of-concept management, and closing B2B SaaS deals. The Account Executive will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, marketing, and SDR teams while refining sales processes and meeting activity and pipeline KPIs.

Build and lead a global revenue enablement function: install an enterprise selling methodology (MEDDICC), create PLG-to-enterprise playbooks, compress ramp and onboarding, develop frontline managers, stand up enablement infrastructure and measurement, partner with RevOps/PMM/Product, and grow the team across sales, SDR, CS, and partners.

Build production-grade automation workflows, integrations, custom nodes, and reusable patterns for strategic enterprise deployments. Embed with customers during focused on-site engagements, translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists, Product, and Engineering. Capture customer feedback for product improvements, create internal playbooks, and deliver scalable solutions that customers can operate independently. The role requires frequent travel, strong engineering and integration skills, customer-facing confidence, and sound technical judgment.

Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide preventative recommendations, and contribute workflow improvements or lightweight fixes. Support cloud and self-hosted deployments using DevOps and infrastructure expertise.

Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and forums; diagnose workflow, integration, and performance issues; escalate to engineering; create documentation and knowledge base; improve product reliability and contribute to the community.
