Leads Total Rewards strategy and delivery across the Americas, overseeing compensation, benefits, retirement, incentives, recognition, annual pay cycles, compliance, analytics, vendors, and HR technology initiatives. Advises senior leaders, manages a Total Rewards team, supports multi-country programs, improves employee services, and develops reporting and dashboards to guide workforce decisions.

Use data, financial and market-size models to produce actionable reports and insights that drive channel and sales strategies. Collaborate with finance, demand planning, and sales to develop commercial terms, track distribution/shelving/promotions, identify budget gaps, and execute special projects to improve assortment, efficiency, and revenue performance.

Own sales planning, inventory allocation, and channel enablement for Spares & Accessories. Build and track data-led sales plans and KPIs, optimize stock allocation and margins across retailers, lead cross-functional coordination, and drive continuous improvements to meet revenue and margin targets.
