Support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns. Lead creation and production of personalized and scalable donor materials for mid, major, and principal donors. Manage proposal/report writers, oversee workflows and quality standards, develop messaging strategy and narrative architecture, translate programmatic and financial data into compelling donor-facing content, and partner with global and fundraising teams to align donor communications with lifecycle stages and enterprise priorities.

Lead adoption of IJM's global marketing strategy across international Advancement Offices, build regional marketing capability, integrate channels and campaign frameworks, partner with local leaders and global stakeholders, drive product and insights adoption, and support organizational spiritual formation.

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, social, paid media, and personalization. Manage campaigns, analyze performance, optimize user journeys, partner with cross-functional teams, and oversee marketing technology and agency relationships to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Lead IJM's global talent acquisition strategy and operations: standardize recruiting workflows, govern Workday Recruiting, ensure legal and data-privacy compliance, establish recruiting metrics and analytics, strengthen employer branding and sourcing, supervise the U.S. recruiting team and guide regional teams, and personally execute full‑cycle senior and global functions hiring as needed.
