The Software Engineer will develop Link's investment analytics platform, design application infrastructure, and work directly with business teams on solutions and feedback.

Lead evaluation, underwriting, and execution of disposition opportunities across the US industrial portfolio (East region). Manage deal pipeline, negotiate LOIs and PSAs with counsel, coordinate brokers and operations through due diligence and closings, and mentor junior staff while representing the firm to the marketplace.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a national logistics real estate portfolio. Build and maintain property-level and consolidated financial models, perform variance and trend analysis, develop cash flow projections, audit large datasets, support budgeting systems, drive process improvements/automation, and prepare presentations for senior management while collaborating with Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing.
