Provide administrative, operational, and client-facing support in a luxury showroom: greet clients, handle inquiries, assist Sales Associates with quotes and order entry, manage order processing and logistics, track shipments and payments, maintain reports, and support showroom initiatives and team coverage.

Lead WMS-focused product strategy and delivery for retail supply chain. Define features, prioritize backlogs, run agile ceremonies, manage integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS), vendors, and measure KPIs to drive adoption and business value.

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to meet business requirements. Integrate internal/external services, follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits, document solutions, support Product Owners, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team. Maintain CI/CD/DevOps practices and enhance user experience.
