Serve as the CEO's principal financial advisor and Executive Leadership Team member. Lead finance transformation, long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, grants management, and risk. Drive revenue strategy, pricing, and cost recovery; ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting and donor regulations; present to the Board and Audit Committee; build a high-performing global finance team and harmonize finance operations across countries to support organizational growth and sustainability.
