Drive product marketing, demand generation, partner co-marketing, PR, analyst relations, events, and sales enablement. Scale marketing operations and build a high-performing global team to support a hardware+software platform transition.

Lead Novanta's enterprise AI vision: define strategy, prioritize use cases, evaluate foundation models, partner with engineering and data teams, oversee governance and model lifecycle, define infrastructure needs, and advise senior leadership to deliver measurable business impact.
