Own territory commercial performance by developing account plans, forecasting, and driving new and existing business growth. Manage customer P&Ls, cross-functional execution, pricing within guardrails, pipeline generation, and retention. Lead identification, design, governance and scaling of enterprise GenAI solutions (Claude Enterprise). Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models (especially time series) using Python, PySpark, and cloud tools. Perform feature engineering, evaluate model performance (MAPE, RMSE, R²), and create ETL/data pipelines with integration tools. Work with Palantir Foundry, Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI), AutoAI, and data warehouses to support large-scale analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor production models, and continuously improve model accuracy and pipelines.

Lead supplier and supply-chain partner relationships to identify profit-enhancement opportunities, manage freight and operational programs (backhauls, truckload, factory-direct), perform cost-to-serve analytics, track supplier performance versus targets, act as primary operational contact for suppliers over $1M, develop mitigation strategies for disruptions, and manage vendor appeal processes.
