Lead end-to-end innovation projects for the spirits portfolio: develop project plans, KPIs, budgets and timelines; manage stage-gate governance; align and influence cross-functional and global/local stakeholders; run sprints/TLOs, manage agencies, and track post-launch performance to ensure on-time, on-budget commercialization.

The Finance Manager will deliver insights on aging barrel inventory and influence decision-making across various departments, including Operations and Marketing.
