Lead design, administration, and optimization of total rewards programs with emphasis on 401(k) governance, leaves/ADA administration, vendor management, compliance, analytics, and process improvements. Provide reporting and recommendations, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure regulatory and fiduciary readiness.

Designs, implements, and administers commercial incentive compensation plans; manages monthly accruals and quarterly payouts; analyzes plan effectiveness; provides reporting and insights; partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and vendors; ensures compliance and supports SPIFFs and award trip metrics.
