Lead cross-functional agile teams to define product specifications, roadmaps, and feature backlogs. Drive product lifecycle from requirements and wireframes through QA, A/B testing, analytics, and launches. Monitor metrics, conduct competitive analysis and financial modeling, prioritize engineering work, and support consumer product management initiatives.

Support WebMD consumer product management by creating feature backlogs and product documentation (user stories, use cases, flows). Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize work, advise on technical implementation, lead acceptance testing with QA, and coordinate agile testing cycles and product launches. Provide regular updates and recommendations to product leadership.

Investigate and resolve escalated HR cases related to benefits, payroll, retirement, leave/disability, and HR administration. Perform research, data entry, calculations for pensions/benefits, prepare benefit/retirement packets, participate in new-employee benefit orientation, maintain confidentiality, and perform Employee Service Associate duties as needed.
