Partner with the President and senior leadership to drive pricing strategy, lead high-priority special projects, build data-driven business cases, and translate strategy into execution across Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success. Support investor/board communications, identify new business opportunities, and develop decision frameworks, models, and tools to guide company growth.

Lead and scale Motorq's new business sales organization: own revenue targets, hire and coach Account Executives, build the sales playbook, manage pipeline and forecasting, align with marketing and cross-functional teams, attend customer meetings, and close key deals to drive predictable enterprise growth.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, lead technical onboarding and integrations, drive product adoption and expansion, surface customer feedback to Product/Engineering, create technical documentation, and run cross-functional initiatives to scale success.

Lead and grow Motorq's Forward Deployed Engineering presales team, own the end-to-end technical presales motion, engage in strategic deals, build presales playbooks, evangelize the platform, and feed customer insights into product and engineering while representing Motorq externally.

Lead recruitment, enablement, and commercial activation of reseller channel partners (TSPs and DSPs). Build channel playbook, design pricing/incentives, co-sell with partners, track pipeline and partner health, and align cross-functional teams to drive measurable channel revenue.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to acquire net-new logos across emerging sectors. Prospect, develop account strategies, navigate complex negotiations, close high-value deals, and partner with Customer Success and Engineering for smooth handoffs and lasting ROI. Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting and pipeline management.

Own and grow Motorq's largest enterprise fleet accounts end-to-end: retain customers, drive expansion and multi-product adoption, build executive relationships, create multi-year account plans, lead QBRs, orchestrate internal teams, and translate Motorq's AI and connected-vehicle capabilities into measurable customer value.

Customer-facing engineer who builds demos, prototypes, and workshops to drive pre-sales and adoption of Motorq's connected-vehicle and AI capabilities; partners with sales, customer success, and product teams and travels regularly to customer sites.
