Provide high-visibility, on-site executive support to the CEO and manage daily NYC headquarters operations: calendar and travel coordination, front-desk reception, vendor and facilities management, mail/logistics, office hospitality and maintenance, and ad-hoc operational or event-related projects.

Provide holistic financial, investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning to clients; manage complex financial plans, deliver exceptional client experience, delegate operations to service teams, ensure compliance, and grow an existing book of business.
