The Product Manager will define and execute the strategy for Gaia's employer product line, focusing on revenue, user experience, and collaboration across teams to build systems from scratch.

Lead and improve core accounting and financial operations: own monthly close, maintain GL integrity, manage audits and tax readiness, oversee AP/AR/payroll, produce investor reporting, implement scalable processes, and partner cross-functionally in a high-growth US startup.
