The Director, GTM - Media & Entertainment manages strategic partnerships, develops commercial strategies, and drives engagement within the media and entertainment ecosystem.

Lead global partner strategy by orchestrating cross-functional partner programs, removing operational friction, driving data-informed decisions, and building repeatable processes. Build dashboards, business models, AI-enabled workflows, and executive reports to support partner planning, incentives, coverage, performance management, and cross-functional decision-making across hyperscalers, ISVs, marketplaces, and reseller channels.

Paid 3-month remote contract for students or recent grads to build and test LLM-based solutions using the Token Factory inference platform. Assist senior SAs with prompt engineering, model selection, benchmarking, and inference optimization. Run performance and quality experiments and contribute to internal tooling and automation. Mentorship provided; strong performers may be considered for full-time roles.

Support and optimize commercial operations across contracting, billing, and sales support. Validate sales requests, ensure contracts and billing configurations match commercial terms, manage invoicing issues, prepare operational reports, and coordinate cross-functionally to maintain pricing compliance and smooth deal execution.
