Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across engineering, product, infrastructure, and AI. The Deployment Systems Engineer will deploy and monitor infrastructure for advanced hardware systems, manage projects, and innovate in air-gapped environments.

Build, optimize, and maintain large-scale build systems (Bazel), CI/CD pipelines, and release automation. Own developer infrastructure, observability, telemetry, logging, and metrics. Build scalable React/TypeScript frontends to visualize and interact with large-scale, real-time telemetry. Define data models and workflows, optimize rendering and performance, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, and turn ambiguous requirements into intuitive, mission-critical interfaces for technical users.

Lead government contract strategy for Nominal by structuring opportunities, translating commercial software models for government acquisition, negotiating with contracting officers and partners, creating reusable contract language and guidance, and supporting contract execution, renewals, and program delivery.

Drive expansion across U.S. Government markets by managing customer relationships, developing strategies, and executing deals in defense accounts.
