The Vice President manages M&A processes, leads project teams, develops strategies, and conducts negotiations. They engage with clients and oversee Associates and Analysts, while ensuring quality and effective communication throughout projects.

The Associate will support M&A and capital raising, develop pitch materials, conduct financial analyses, manage due diligence, and mentor junior staff.
