Leads wireless connectivity sales and growth across commercial real estate portfolios, including enterprise facilities, mixed-use developments, venues, healthcare facilities, campuses, and data centers. Builds relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, vendors, and partners; negotiates venue agreements and financial structures; secures wireless network rights; expands infrastructure portfolios; represents the company at industry conferences; and develops a strategic three-year territory growth plan.

Supports Sales Engineers throughout the sales process by developing bills of materials, network and wireless system designs, estimates, proposals, and customer-focused solutions. Coordinates project activities, site walks, surveys, meetings, and presentations while maintaining accurate drawings, records, and documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and company standards.
