Develops positioning, messaging, content, shareholder communications, fundraising campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for private credit products. Partners with investment, product specialist, distribution, and client teams to translate complex investment concepts into compelling narratives, support product launches, and drive capital formation. Monitors market intelligence and ensures consistent product communications across regions, channels, and audiences.

Lead rating agency processes for private investments, serving as the primary liaison throughout transaction lifecycles. Analyze methodologies, model outputs, structures, and rating outcomes; coordinate diligence, meetings, negotiations, and committee presentations. Manage transaction timelines, monitor methodology changes, support investment product development and surveillance activities, and prepare internal risk memoranda. The role also contributes to investment structuring and customized solutions for insurance clients.

Leads Blue Owl’s corporate content strategy and social media program, including content development, governance, distribution, campaigns, analytics, video integration, and brand storytelling. Partners with marketing, communications, investment, legal, compliance, and senior leadership teams to translate complex investment themes into engaging content, establish scalable processes, manage vendors, mitigate social media risks, and demonstrate measurable business impact.

Supports operational and investment due diligence across multiple asset classes, including DDQ, RFP, and ODD responses. Maintains diligence materials, centralized content repositories, consultant databases, and reporting accuracy. Collaborates with senior leaders, internal teams, and subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate client diligence information. Builds knowledge of fund products, investment strategies, and operational processes while supporting fundraising and client service.

Support Private Wealth Market Team to drive adoption of Blue Owl investment solutions by cultivating relationships with financial advisors, positioning senior resources, managing CRM data and pipeline, providing product and technical support, cross-selling platform offerings, and occasionally traveling for client engagement and conferences.

The role oversees tax compliance for various products, drives process improvements, reviews tax allocations, assists in structuring investments, and engages in investor correspondence.

Support investor relations and product management for Credit strategies: drive fundraising support, investor communications, reporting, diligence responses, LPAC and fund lifecycle processes, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality investor-facing materials and engagement.

Lead the firm's legal entity management function, design and enforce data governance and auditable workflows in GEMS, reconcile entity data across systems, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements, support system updates and testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards (including SOX).

Partner with Investments, Fund Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, and Finance to structure, market, negotiate, and close domestic and international financing transactions.
