Develop quantitative models to value complex financial instruments, including debt, derivatives, convertible bonds, warrants, earn-outs, and complex capital structures. Perform statistical and data analyses, improve modeling processes, automate calculations, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives valuation theory, statistical methods, and programming or modeling experience using Python, R, MATLAB, VBA, and data visualization tools.

Works on financial restructuring transactions, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, debt and equity financing, distressed M&A, special situations investing, and complex client negotiations. Collaborates on deal teams while applying financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory to advise companies, creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.
