Lead analysis and processing of moderate-to-highly complex (re)insurance claims across Casualty, Specialty and Property; perform claims audits; prepare management reporting; liaise with underwriters, actuaries, brokers and clients; ensure proper reserving and system updates; mentor and train claims staff; lead process improvement and cross-functional projects.

Maintain and operate the Anaplan platform for FP&A: design and deliver models, enforce build standards, manage integrations and SSO, own BAU forecast/version processes, perform admin tasks, support audit/ITGC compliance, and document/test operational procedures to improve forecasting and scenario analysis.
