Provide project administrative and coordination support including drafting proposals and contracts, generating accounting and labor reports, billing setup, scheduling and meeting minutes, maintaining project records and drives, facilitating action items during project phases, and supporting expense/time reporting and travel arrangements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software and infrastructure projects, translate business needs into technical scope, maintain project backlogs, manage schedules/resources/risks, create operational documentation, enforce secure configurations, implement project methodologies, report portfolio metrics, and coordinate stakeholders to meet budget and schedule targets.

Provide administrative and project support for architecture/engineering projects: prepare proposals and contracts, assist billing and accounting setup, maintain project records, schedule meetings, support CD/tender/CA phases, and coordinate travel and expense reporting.
