The AML Analyst conducts investigations into transaction monitoring alerts for potential money laundering and fraud, preparing documentation according to regulatory standards.

Provide strategic legal counsel for Column's lending products and bank-fintech partnerships. Advise on product structuring, regulatory compliance (TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, state usury, BSA/AML, true lender), draft agreements and disclosures, work with product/engineering/compliance to launch programs, build scalable legal frameworks, and drive adoption of legal technology and automation.
