Run day-to-day people operations for an 80–100-person startup, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, PTO, leave, payroll coordination, HR records, policies, performance cycles, recruiting logistics, employee communications, feedback surveys, and compliance processes. Serve as the primary employee contact, improve workflows, coordinate with providers and counsel, handle sensitive matters discreetly, and implement leadership decisions consistently.
