Own Basetens enterprise-readiness product: define deployment options, compliance posture, access/security controls, and billing/spend controls. Work with engineering and GTM to turn deal-by-deal work into supported, sellable platform capabilities, set roadmap, and represent enterprise customers internally.

Lead design and build of a real-time observability and root-cause analysis system for high-density GPU fabrics. Collect, reduce, correlate telemetry from switches, hosts, NICs, GPUs, and services; model topology and ownership; separate fabric faults from host/driver/RDMA/scheduler issues; and produce operator workflows for triage and remediation.

Partner with GTM leadership to own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Build models for revenue, spend, headcount, and pricing. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will manage Baseten's billing and revenue infrastructure, ensuring reliability and collaboration with finance and sales teams while evolving the billing platform.

Provide in-house IT support and operations for a fast-growing AI company: troubleshoot Mac and Windows hardware/software, manage user lifecycle and access, onboard employees, maintain office IT and AV infrastructure, run asset procurement and inventory, build self-serve knowledge resources, automate workflows, and assist with systems administration across cloud services.
