Lead the launch of ElevenLabs voice and audio AI solutions in a new market. Build and manage a team of forward-deployed engineers, engage strategic customers and executives, identify use cases, architect bespoke integrations, deliver demos, and oversee major implementations. Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. Responsibilities include compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, pay bands, equity and incentive programs, compensation cycles, governance, calibration tooling, and globally scalable benefits. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.

The Operations Recruiter will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for key Operations functions, partner with business leaders, and enhance candidate experiences to attract top talent.

Scale go-to-market operations by building automations, standardized processes, dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks. Partner with sales, product, data, and leadership teams to improve revenue performance, analyze opportunities, test workflows, and provide strategic recommendations. Lead and scale ElevenLabs' Private Equity & Growth Investor partner channel: build executive relationships with PE operating partners, embed ElevenLabs in value-creation programs, drive portfolio company activation, generate partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and build repeatable GTM playbooks across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
