Build and lead Factory’s commercial compliance program for regulated enterprise sales. Responsibilities include creating policies and processes, reviewing security questionnaires and contracts, ensuring HIPAA, DORA, and ICT risk compliance, managing vendor and subprocessor risk, aligning product and security standards, monitoring AI governance and privacy requirements, and automating compliance workflows. The role partners across Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Engineering, and Security and requires 6+ years of relevant experience.

Build and deploy AI-driven agentic systems for federal customers in secure, classified, and air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include hardening platforms for GovCloud and government infrastructure, implementing compliance and security controls, developing guardrails and observability, integrating government engineering tools, partnering with customers, and delivering solutions from prototype through production. The role also contributes to federal technical proposals, capture strategy, product roadmaps, scalability improvements, and data-intensive AI capabilities.

Own enterprise sales across Intelligence Community accounts, managing pipeline, evaluations, procurement, pilots, and complex multi-stakeholder deals. Build relationships with federal technology leaders, systems integrators, resellers, and contracting officers. Lead technically credible discussions on AI, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud, on-premises, and classified deployments. Develop account plans, forecasts, national security channels, customer adoption strategies, expansions, and renewals while helping establish Factory’s federal practice.

Own Federal Civilian agency accounts and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from pipeline development through procurement and close. Build executive relationships, navigate GSA Schedules, BPAs, IDIQs, and reseller channels, and articulate AI-driven software development solutions across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Partner with product, engineering, security, and sales leadership to address FedRAMP, ATO, and data-governance requirements, develop federal partnerships, drive renewals and expansions, and establish Factory’s federal practice.

Lead Developer Relations by enhancing community engagement, organizing events, creating content, and collaborating with tech partners to promote Factory's technology.
