Own end-to-end sales-led revenue operations: comp design, quota setting, forecasting, metrics, alerts, pipeline hygiene, growth reviews, win/loss analysis and a sales revenue source of truth.

Build and refine high-quality frontend experiences, including complex UI components, reusable accessible components, and a design system. Own UX quality, identify usability issues, iterate rapidly, and ship product features end to end. Use React and Tailwind CSS while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and contribute to backend work when needed.

Own technical relationships for 25–40 mid-to-large customers, ensure retention and growth by troubleshooting issues, advising on configuration, managing escalations, handling commercial renewals, and feeding product feedback to internal teams.
