Own enterprise customer accounts from implementation through adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion. Lead onboarding, technical working sessions, QBRs, and escalations while serving as the primary product expert. Troubleshoot OpenAPI, CLI/API integrations, CI/CD syncing, custom JavaScript/CSS, authentication, and SSO configurations. Identify growth opportunities, advocate for customers internally, provide product feedback, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact, lead customer calls, troubleshoot product and authentication issues, configure documentation hubs, and integrate ReadMe through OpenAPI, CLI, APIs, and CI/CD.
