Prepare and analyze quarterly and year-end U.S. and worldwide consolidated income tax provisions (FIN 18) and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48). Support US consolidated federal, state, and international compliance, prepare tax returns, estimated tax calculations, and sales/use tax reconciliations. Coordinate with external preparers, maintain tax provision software, and monitor state and local tax legislative changes to ensure compliance.
