Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, document technical success plans, identify adoption risks, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating value, delivering training and workshops, and helping customers achieve business and security outcomes.
