As a Product Designer at Thatch, you will craft exceptional user experiences, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain design systems, with a strong user-centric approach.

Lead and scale a Mid-Market East sales team to hit multi‑million ARR. Own regional revenue, forecasting, pipeline health, hiring and coaching AEs, manage complex consultative deals and broker relationships, ensure clean handoffs to implementation and CS, and partner cross‑functionally to drive GTM and regional strategy.

Manage candidate experience from application through interview: coordinate interviews, source and review applicants, maintain hiring data, partner with recruiters and managers, and improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Manage and own the full onboarding program, maintain accurate HR records and employee files, complete verifications including E-Verify, support benefits and 401(k) compliance, and partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team on projects to ensure a smooth employee experience.
