Responsibilities include agent inventory and risk scoring, sharing and exemption workflows, high-exposure remediation, Purview labeling and DLP, connector and environment controls, least-privilege access, metering guardrails, lifecycle governance, documentation, runbooks, maker guidance, and knowledge transfer. The role aligns controls with confidentiality, client, matter-security, and ethical-wall requirements in a regulated environment.
